Maple & Oak Old Fashioned
Build in a mixing glass, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Bourbon
- .25 oz house-made bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 2 dashes cherry bitters
- Garnish: orange peel & cherry
Roast & Roost Old Fashioned
Build in a mixing glass, strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Buzzard’s Roost Toasted Barrel Rye
- 5 oz Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur
- .25 oz orange syrup
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Orange Peel

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Buzzard's Roost Toasted Barrel Rye
- 1 oz Amaro Averna
- .5 oz walnut syrup
- 2 dashes tobacco bitters
- Garnish: Orange Peel Twist

Build in a shaker tin with ice, serve neat in a coupe glass.

- 1.5 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 oz St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
- .75 oz Lillet L’Apertif
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
